★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendas cita y no tienen la delicadeza de llamarte para confirmar. En las últimas 2 semanas he llamado para 2 inmuebles por los cuales pregunté desde el primer día que se publicaron; en ambos casos me dijeron que llamaban para confirmar la cita, en el primer caso no me llamaron, tuve que llamar a su oficina y me salieron con que ya había una propuesta y no podían mostrarlo. Para el segundo les pregunté por el inmueble y me dieron cita para 2 días después, el día acordado mandé correo preguntando si se haría la visita y me llamaron para confirmar la hora y el lugar y 15 minutos antes de la hora me mandan un mensaje para decirme que la cita se cancela porque ya hay alguien interesado en comprarlo y ya iba en camino ?. Pareciera que me tienen fichada por haberle dicho a Kiron que NO quería sus servicios - y dije que no por su comisión exagerada - aparenta ser una buena inmobiliaria pero con esa atención dan a mostrar lo contrario, además de que si le dices a Kiron que no prácticamente te condenas a que no te quieran vender.
Appointment agendas and they don't have the grace to call you to confirm. In the last 2 weeks I have called for 2 properties for which I asked from the first day they were published; in both cases they told me that they were calling to confirm the appointment, in the first case they did not call me, I had to call their office and they came up with a proposal and they could not show it. For the second I asked them about the property and they gave me an appointment for 2 days later, on the agreed day I sent an email asking if the visit would be made and they called me to confirm the time and place and 15 minutes before the time they send me a message to tell me that the appointment is canceled because there is already someone interested in buying it and was already on the way ?. It seems that they have me booked for having told Kiron that I did NOT want his services - and I said no because of his exaggerated commission - it seems to be a good real estate but with that attention they give to show the opposite, in addition to that if you tell Kiron that no You practically condemn yourself to not wanting to sell you.
