★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que es un buen negocio esto de los bienes raíces, todo lo que sea rentar, vender traspasar si se hace mediante una agencia inmobiliaria es, en teoría, más seguro pero tienen siempre un costo hacer este tipo de operaciones en las que seguramente les tendrás que dejar una comisión, aunque una buena opción es que se haga el trato directo para evitar este tipo de costos extras, por mi parte prefiero decir que es un lugar pequeño y sinceramente creo que no está del todo bien que sus horarios sean tan extensos debido a que los bienes raíces no necesitan tanto, me parece que a los de abajo no les pagan lo adecuado y los de arriba dicen que suben rápido pero no es del todo cierto, lo que sí es cierto es que para subir tienes que dar ciertos resultados que te piden bajo un número mínimo de propiedades, ahora bien, sé que las propiedades en algún momento se acabarán en cuestión a la demanda, se que aproximadamente un 2% de todas son rentables para el negocio pero no es suficiente porque hay más inmobiliarias que también pueden estar en la zona, mi recomendación es que siempre hagan trato directo.

TENGAN CUIDAD FUE MALA EXPERIENCIA.
The guy who treated me very well but the processes and policies with which they justify the paperwork are exaggerated and I really REGRET RENTING AN APARTMENT WITH THEM. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS DISGUSTING AND I WILL NEVER HAVE BUSINESS RELATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BE CAREFUL IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le pongo menos estrellas porque no hay opción, pero cero la recomiendo, es una muy mala empresa y eso si es que se le puede llamar así. Te explotan demasiado y no te pagan, yo estuve trabajando con ellos al rededor de 3 años en 2 oficinas distintas y en las dos oficinas es lo mismo.
Además de ser una empresa machista, hay mucha rotación de personal por lo mismo porque no pagan, tampoco dan seguro, ni prestaciones de ley, además de que no hay capacitación para las coordinadoras y al igual para los asesores. A mi siempre me debían varias quincenas de sueldo y cuando me salí aún me quedaron a deber y jamás me lo pagaron.
Encima de eso no hay ni microondas en ninguna oficina, trabajar ahí es como si trabajarás de a gratis, además de que el cansancio es físico y mental, te roba toda tu energía.
Yo si les recomendaría que lo piensen muy bien antes de meterse a laborar a esta empresa porque solo los van contratar con engaños y únicamente van a perder su tiempo en una disque empresa donde no van a obtener nada tanto económico y mucho menos profesional.
También si están pensando en vender su inmueble les sugiero que antes de hacer algún trato se aseguren muy bien de las referencias porque contratan asesores inmobiliarios sin experiencia alguna y casi no se les capacita, además de haber mucha rotación de asesores.

In addition to being a macho company, there is a lot of staff turnover for the same reason because they do not pay, they do not provide insurance, nor legal benefits, in addition to the fact that there is no training for the coordinators and the same for the advisors. They always owed me several fortnights of salary and when I left they still owed me and they never paid me.
On top of that there is no microwave in any office, working there is like working for free, besides the fact that fatigue is physical and mental, it robs you of all your energy.
I would recommend that you think about it very well before starting to work for this company because they are only going to hire you with tricks and you are only going to waste your time in a dial company where you are not going to get anything both cheap and much less professional.
Also, if you are thinking of selling your property, I suggest that before making a deal you make sure of the references very well because they hire real estate consultants without any experience and they are hardly trained, in addition to there being a lot of rotation of consultants.
