No tienen idea del mercado inmobiliario, sólo quieren que firmes contrato y te dicen mentiras que después salen a la luz; por ejemplo, que tu propiedad se puede vender a un precio atractivo y que acaban de vender una propiedad idéntica a la tuya en tal precio y después como obviamente no se vende, le rebajan demasiado el precio porque lo único que les interesa es la comisión por la venta y por si fuera poco, al comprador también le sacan una comisión por "ayudarle" a conseguir un inmueble para comprar. Algunos empleados con aires de grandeza y otros con evidente falsedad en su amabilidad, a veces hasta groseros. Cuando estás harto de ellos te "recuerdan" que tienes contrato firmado y aunque quieras cancelarlo "debes pagar la comisión" aunque ellos no cumplan con su parte del trato. They have no idea of the real estate market, they just want you to sign a contract and they tell you lies that later come to light; for example, that your property can be sold at an attractive price and that they have just sold an identical property to yours at such price and then as it obviously does not sell, they lower the price too much because the only thing that interests them is the commission the sale and as if that were not enough, the buyer also takes a commission to "help" get a property to buy. Some employees with an air of greatness and others with obvious falsehood in their kindness, sometimes even rude. When you are tired of them, they "remind you" that you have a signed contract and even if you want to cancel it, "you must pay the commission" even if they do not comply with their part of the deal.
