★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de pensar en rentar algo a través de ellos tienen que saber que una vez firmado el contrato de arrendamiento Tecnocasa no se hace responsable de NADA, esas fueron sus palabras literal cuando me entregaron el departamento sin remodelar como se acordó en un principio. Elisa Ortega te dice una serie de mentiras que empiezan a cambiar una vez que se da el depósito y todavía me dió el teléfono de uno de los propietarios para que yo me peleara con ellos. Pésimo el proceso que Tecnocasa realiza. Cero profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA atención. No responden los correos electrónicos. No contestan el teléfono. Y cuando de milagro lo hacen, no tienen la información a la mano y te dicen que te devuelven la llamada. Algo que no hacen tampoco. Y cuando les vuelves a llamar, te contestan de manera prepotente y se molestan. Terrible servicio.
Terrible attention. They don't reply to emails. Nobody is picking up the phone. And when they miraculously do, they don't have the information at hand and they tell you that they call you back. Something they don't do either. And when you call them again, they answer you in an arrogant way and they get upset. Terrible service.
