The advice with the executive Dylan Benítez is excellent. It clarifies all your doubts and is always aware of what you need.

The advisors act weird and treat you as if they were doing you a favor by showing you a property. I was just going to visit and when they arrived they told me that it had already been sold. I live far from the agency and they were not kind enough to let me know, although curiously they had confirmed the appointment two hours before. 100% suspicious attitude.

End 2020. Terrible quality of service. No professionalism. Terrible attention and transparency in the procedures. DO NOT PAY THEIR COMMISSION UNTIL YOU HAVE 100% OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS DELIVERED AND SIGNED, ALL THE DEPOSITS AND INVOICES IN YOUR POSSESSION and much, but much care in your "negotiations and agreements" with the notaries with whom they work, my experience is that these people even with the notaries have their agreements of LOYAL service and attention. DO NOT PRESSURE AND FORCED YOU TO MAKE DECISIONS without seeing numbers and breakdown of items. DEMAND CLARITY AND TRANSPARENCY. Or risk being let down by this lousy company. The context: We sold my mother's house, the "advisor" or I do not remember his position named Rubén Darío Melendez Contreras is an extremely skilled person with his treatment and conversation, he gains trust and then abuses her and manages what is necessary for the benefit of "your brand". -If you have no choice but to sell your property with this office, ask for 100% of the breakdown of costs and expenses, fees and other items of payment and collection before signing. -If you are going to lower the price of your property, DEMAND that they lower their commission percentage. (They took advantage of my mother's death to make me a RIDICULOUS and DISRESPECTFUL purchase offer.) The famous "Manager" of the branch only showed up at the notary's office at the end of the operation. (BEWARE OF THE NOTARY 249, abusive and rude people). A total wear and tear and what they are interested in is that you pay their commission and if they can get extra benefits or for their "friends" from notaries ... better for them. They end up doing what they want and you practically have to fight to obtain the truth and transparency of any operation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

I do not recommend this organization. Although the employees may have interest and good treatment to help sell your property. In my opinion, Tecnocasa has unreliable dealings with the City Notaries with whom they work (for example, Notary 249). From my experience, there is no transparency in the breakdown of costs duly agreed with the seller and their calculations make one suspect that there is a type of fraud. The concepts and amounts taken into account for the total fees charged and paid for the purpose of the sale, deed, payment of corresponding taxes and other procedures related to the matter.
