Es una verdadera tristeza que su servicio al cliente es simplemente terrible! entras y nadie te saluda amablemente y lo peor de todo que nadie se acerca a servirte. Las dos señoritas sentadas y el hombre que está ahí no se acerca a servirte. No me había pasado en ningún lugar que no hay alguien que esté a la órden y atenderte para comprar los artículos que uno quiere comprar. Está bien que estén detrás de sus computadoras pero están bastante mal colocadas ya que ni siquiera hay necesidad de levantarse a atenderte.

It is a real sadness that their customer service is just terrible! You enter and nobody greets you kindly and worst of all, nobody comes to serve you. The two young ladies sitting and the man who is there does not come to serve you. It had never happened to me anywhere that there is not someone who is at your service and assist you to buy the items that one wants to buy. It is fine that they are behind their computers but they are quite poorly positioned since there is no need to even get up to assist you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda con buen surtido de material, pero el servicio al cliente de las señoras que están sentadas es nefasto, molesto, ni siquiera voltean a verte, su actitud es déspota y grosera. Sus precios son competitivos pero la venta en mostrador me invita a no volver, independiente del precio, el servicio al cliente es esencial para retenerlos. Un compra no tiene distinciones, así compre una gasa o 10 mil, mi dinero igual vale.
It is a store with a good assortment of materials, but the customer service of the ladies who are sitting is disastrous, annoying, they do not even turn to see you, their attitude is despotic and rude. Their prices are competitive but the counter sale invites me not to return, regardless of price, customer service is essential to retain them. A purchase has no distinctions, so buy a gauze or 10,000, my money is still worth.
