★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our 3days long stay we had a big and tidy room and a nice pool.
But the service was really bad, e.g. the woman at the breakfast was so unfriendly as the breakfast itself, there was only one hairdryer for the whole hotel and so it wasn't available and the card key for our room was defect for two times.
Futhermore the hotel is situated far away from the center of Mérida.
All in all I wouldn't come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a simple 3 start hotel, clean and comfy. Doesn't have an Iron in the room, just in case you're traveling for work, but you can ask for one in the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to Gran Plaza mall, room was nice and clean, a little spendy ? compared to other hotels in Merida (in my opinion) and the staff was not flexible on early check-in or late check-out. There is a cute little restaurant on site but they don't open until 7:30 or so for breakfast and they were not open for dinner.
