★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, el dueño es un tipo frustrado y arrogante, el personal no tiene la menor capacitación y su trabajo es terrible. Pesimo trato al cliente desde la recepción no saben ni que es esa palabra. Los asesores no tienen la menor idea de servicio, debes estar llamando y esperando a ver si te contestan y saben el estado de tu vehículo. Te entregan un trabajo barato y mal terminado. Estan a la vuelta ahora, eviten caer ahí.
Terrible service, the owner is a frustrated and arrogant guy, the staff is untrained and his job is terrible. Terrible customer treatment from the reception they do not even know what that word is. The advisers have no idea of service, you must be calling and waiting to see if they answer you and know the status of your vehicle. They give you a cheap and poorly finished job. They are around the corner now, avoid falling there.

I took my truck 2 months for the people who work to deliver it to me, there was rude, very bad attention and I had to take it out as it was, they didn't even finish it.

Solamente si el tiempo de entrega es demasiado y te dan largas . Pero a mí personalmente me entregaron bien mi carro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi auto lleva en ese taller semanas (lo escogió el seguro, no yo) y la atención es pésima. El señor Oscar Palmer no me contesta los mensajes ni las llamadas, no entiendo porqué, nunca fui grosera ni tuvimos ningún desacuerdo. Simplemente no contesta y no sé reporta. No recomiendo un lugar donde no atienden como es debido a los clientes.
My car has been in that workshop for weeks (the insurance chose it, not me) and the attention is terrible. Mr. Oscar Palmer does not answer my messages or calls, I do not understand why, I was never rude nor did we have any disagreement. It just doesn't answer and I don't know how to report. I do not recommend a place where they do not serve customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este tipo de servicio es difícil de calificar ya que el conflicto de intereses que nos involucra, parte de un desafortunado accidente que, al no ser por lo incómodo, molesto y limitante quizá nuestra manera de ver las cosas sería más justa y objetiva. Lo califico con 5 estrellas porque dentro de lo incómodo y desafortunado, la educación, cordialidad y el servicio en lo particular, a final de cuentas, tiene un final satisfactorio y días después, todo vuelve a la normalidad.
This type of service is difficult to qualify since the conflict of interest that involves us stems from an unfortunate accident that, except for the uncomfortable, annoying and limiting nature, perhaps our way of seeing things would be more fair and objective. I rate it 5 stars because within the uncomfortable and unfortunate, the education, cordiality and service in particular, in the end, it has a satisfactory ending and days later, everything returns to normal.
