★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO Y DEPLORABLE SERVICIO PROFESIONAL, llevé mi carro para un chequeo de scaner y el trabajador "checó" todo y dijo que era el relevador de la bomba de la gasolina 409 cuando realmente la falla era la batería y su respectivo cambio de la misma, se aprovechó de la ocasión y "calibró" dicho relevador "arreglando" la falla, el carro a los 4 días vuelve a fallar, regreso para hacérselo saber y se le nota nervioso y checa directamente la pila (ahora si) y dice que necesito un cambio de batería. Yo desde un principio le expliqué que el carro no arrancaba en ciertas ocasiones y siempre cuando estaba estacionado y el supuesto trabajador comenzó a tergiversar lo que yo le había comentado de las fallas del carro diciendo que el carro se me mataba en pleno camino cuando nunca le había comentado nada relacionado a ello. El cobro fue de $500 por absolutamente nada y no hubo devolución.
Espero y elijan personal verdaderamente competente y con ética profesional, no es justo que se les preste la confianza y quieran aprovecharse de la ocasión.

From the beginning I explained to him that the car would not start on certain occasions and always when it was parked and the alleged worker began to misrepresent what I had told him about the car's failures, saying that the car would kill me on the road when it never did. he had commented on nothing related to it. The charge was $ 500 for absolutely nothing and there was no refund.
I hope and they choose truly competent personnel with professional ethics, it is not fair that they trust them and want to take advantage of the occasion.
