★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es el peor de los talleres que he visto, nunca te cumplen con las fechas, te prometen en muchas ocasiones y nunca esta la unidad, cada vez que vas a recoger tu vehiculo nunca esta bien, muy mala calidad, el personal no te atiende y no tienen experiencia, cuidado al mandar el coche a ese taller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención buena, pero considero que el tiempo de entrega es bastante malo, me estuve comunicando después de 20 días y no me daban buena información y casi cumpliendo el mes me hablaron que tenia que ir de inmediato por mi auto ya que no contaban con espacio y si no lo sacarían del taller, buena atención pero regular servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento, tardo dos meses en resolver unos espejos y después cuando los fui a poner los tuvieron que volver a pintar porque se le “cayeron del estante” . Pintan y sacan las piezas a la calle a secar al sol... con él polvareda del pueblo junto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes dudas, este es el taller de AXA. Pésimo servicio! Mi automóvil no me lo entregaron en el tiempo convenido. No te hablan para decir cuando te lo entregarán, uno hay que estar llamando y en ocasiones ya ni te contestan. El trabajo deja mucho que desear, mi pintura estaba con irregularidades, parecía que lo habían pintado en la calle. Las piezas que ponen de recambio son las más económicas del mercado, olvídate que te pongan originales. De verdad estoy muy molesto con el servicio. Claramente se ve que las personas que trabajan en la reparación no son profesionales más bien de esos que encuentras en calles.
If you have doubts, this is the AXA workshop. Terrible service! My car was not delivered to me in the agreed time. They don't talk to you to say when they will deliver it to you, you have to be calling and sometimes they don't even answer you. The work leaves much to be desired, my painting was irregular, it seemed that it had been painted on the street. The spare parts they put in are the cheapest on the market, forget that they put you original. I'm really very upset with the service. Clearly it is seen that the people who work in the repair are not professionals rather than those you find on the streets.

Me dieron fecha para llevar mi camioneta a que le cambien el espejo y me dijeron que el mecánico no había llegado y no podían cambiarlo y me dieron otra fecha para ir. Volví a ir y la misma historia pero me dijeron que regresara por la tarde. Volví y misma situación. Ahora me dicen que regresé en 10 días. Pésimo. Axa Seguros MUY MAL. AXA SEGUROS PÉSIMO.
Terrible and informal service. They gave me a date to take my truck to have the mirror changed and they told me that the mechanic had not arrived and they could not change it and they gave me another date to go. I went again and the same story but they told me to come back in the afternoon. I came back and same situation. Now they tell me that I came back in 10 days. Appalling. Axa Seguros VERY BAD. LOVELY INSURANCE AXA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajos hechos aquí no son de la mejor calidad, son sucios en cuanto a su trabajo se refiere, no hacen bien las cosas.
Lleve mi carro, me lo entregaron "desvalijado".
Ya que le quitaron piezas originales y fueron sustituidas con piezas de baja calidad, que evidentemente no eran las originales. El trabajo de pintura que hicieron fue malo ya que todo el carro me lo entregaron "brisado" de pintura.
Se justifican diciendo que las piezas faltantes fueron las personas de la grúa que llevaron el carro.
No me consta, no puedo asegurar quien fue, pero está es mi experiencia y la comparto para que tomen sus precauciones, sea cual sea el motivo por el cual tengas que ingresar tu carro a este taller.
The works done here are not of the best quality, they are dirty as far as their work is concerned, they do not do things well.

Since they removed original parts and were replaced with low quality parts, which were obviously not the originals. The paint job they did was bad since the whole car was delivered to me "paint brisket".
They are justified by saying that the missing pieces were the people from the crane who carried the car.
I do not know, I can not assure who it was, but this is my experience and I share it so that they take their precautions, whatever the reason why you have to enter your car to this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comunicación con el taller no es la mejor. Tardaron en contestarme llamadas y para saber el proceso de avance tuve que ir directamente al lugar a preguntar.
SIN EMBARGO, el trabajo que hicieron fue profesional, dejaron mi coche muy bien y el tono de pintura fue exactamente el mismo, no se nota que fue reparado.
Sin duda, volvería a reparar (espero nunca volver a tener un accidente) mi coche con ellos.
Communication with the workshop is not the best. They were slow to answer calls and to know the progress process I had to go directly to the place to ask.
HOWEVER, the work they did was professional, they left my car very well and the paint tone was exactly the same, it does not show that it was repaired.
I would definitely repair (hope never to have an accident again) my car with them.
