Cuando la recibieron, fui a dejar mi celular para que lo repararan y me dijeron que el mismo día estaría listo. Llamé después y me dijeron que estaría listo al otro día. Finalmente aceptaron darme mi celular el mismo día pero me lo entregaron lleno de pegamento y con la carcasa dañada. Pésimo servicio, pésimo trabajo. I went to change the screen of my cell phone. I paid an advance and they told me that in 3 days the piece would be ready. It took 13 days to receive it. When they received it, I went to leave my cell phone to have it repaired and they told me that the same day would be ready. I called later and was told it would be ready the next day. Finally they agreed to give me my cell phone the same day but they gave it to me full of glue and with the damaged housing. Terrible service, terrible job.

I went in for small speakers and came out with a great high-end speaker with great quality, cards are accepted, instant electronic billing, very good service attention... shopping in that business is enjoyable.
O	Oscar Amarilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi Samsung s10 para que le cambiaran el pin de carga, me lo entregaron ese mismo día pero al otro día funcionaba mal el tiempo que tomaba cargarlo, unas 9 horas carga completa. Lo volví a dejar y demoraron una semana en devolvérmelo, lo llevaron a otro centro de reparación sin consultarme previamente si aceptaba o no el presupuesto, respondían los mensajes si tú le hablabas pero nunca escribían para darte novedades de la reparación. Su atención al cliente es un desastre. No recomiendo llevar nada aquí, por lejos el peor servicio técnico que lamentablemente he visto. I took my Samsung s10 to have the charging pin changed, they delivered it to me that same day but the next day the time it took to charge it malfunctioned, about 9 hours to fully charge. I left it again and it took them a week to return it to me, they took it to another repair center without consulting me first if I accepted the estimate or not, they answered the messages if you spoke to them but they never wrote to give you news about the repair. Their customer service is a disaster. I do not recommend taking anything here, by far the worst technical service I have unfortunately seen.
