Llego a la bodega y me dicen vaya a la tienda a pagar, voy a pagar y me dicen ve a bodega a recoger el material y cuando llego a bodega me dicen que no hay que no me pueden dar el material... La verdad es que hay muy mala atención.... Como arquitecta, jamás haría que mis clientes pasen a ver el mal servicio que prestan, de hecho creo que no voy a volver a utilizar sus productos y ovbio cero recomendo. Jamás se hicieron responsables, estuve dos semanas esperando que me resolvieran y al final sólo me bloquearon de WhatsApp y cuando marcaba por teléfono me decían que los trabajadores con los que había hablado ya habían renunciado. La sucursal donde me atendieron es la que está ubicada en Av Niños Héroes 801, Moderna, 44190 Guadalajara, Jal. Gente incompetente. Terrible service really, I do not recommend it. M	Mayra ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio me entregaron una cabina de baño de exhibición y llego quebrada más nunca la abrí en el momento, pero nunca me dijeron que la abriera o ellos mismos tenian la responsabilidad de abrir el paquete al llegar al domicilio nada más me isieron firmar x el echo de que era de exhibición más no porque que el producto estaba ileso x que nunca lo abri, no me contestaban teléfono, que hablara a la oficina, y así me traían al final que no me podía reembolsar ni cambiar ni nada para jamás volvera comprar, bola de tapaderas y irresponsables... ??
