No le le pongo menos calificación porque no se puede JAJA Terrible merchandise and terrible customer service, most of the products are not original and the warranties don't say, hopefully what you buy does not fail you because they will not change it, my conclusion, terrible place in terms of service and merchandise. Además de que el vendedor tampoco me hizo mención alguna de los artículos exentos de garantía. Compré unos audífonos Huawei de entrada 3.5 y en menos de una semana tuvieron desperfectos. Al querer hacer válida la garantía, me dicen que los audífonos de este tipo no tienen garantía. Les doy mala calificación por mal servicio al cliente.
