★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención a clientes. Compré una garantía extendida en Best Buy de una aspiradora me mandaron a este lugar para reparar mi aparato y desde el 29 de julio no tiene solución. Llame para ver el avance el 4 de agosto y la persona de nombre Karina contesta de forma cortante y grosera que no tiene ninguna información de mi aparato y que no sabe cuándo estará ni que necesita. Llame nuevamente el 6 de agosto y me dijeron que ya estaban trabajando (apenas) en el aparato y que me llamarían más tarde, obviamente no llamaron y tendré que esperar hasta el 9 de agosto para ver si avanzaron con eso.
Hoy (9de agosto) recogí el aparato, se le cambió la conexión a la luz y la persona de recepción siguió discutiendo conmigo que nunca dio un mal servicio. Creo que cuando hay una mala percepción de atención a cliente lo que menos se debe hacer es seguir discutiendo y generando un ambiente de tensión con el cliente. En fin.
Terrible service and customer service. I bought an extended warranty at Best Buy on a vacuum cleaner they sent me to this place to repair my appliance and since July 29 there is no solution. I called to see the trailer on August 4 and the person named Karina answers in a curt and rude way that she has no information about my device and that she does not know when it will be or what she needs. I called again on August 6 and they told me that they were already working (barely) on the device and that they would call me later, obviously they did not call and I will have to wait until August 9 to see if they made progress with that.
Today (August 9) I picked up the device, the connection to the light was changed and the reception person continued arguing with me that he never gave a bad service. I think that when there is a bad perception of customer service, the least you should do is keep arguing and creating an atmosphere of tension with the customer. Anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisión sin un documento por escrito de la falla, cotización altísima sin mencionar que tiene garantía, tratas de validar la garantía y muchos problemas y obstáculos, creo que contesta la dueña de LG y te trata con las patas, equipos carísimos y una respuesta de 4ta transformación no compren LG, te quita mucho dinero y el soporte técnico pésimo y lo que le sigue, además la manera de manejarse es muy deshonesta, CUIDADO
