★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una lavadora a reparar de la centrifugadora, tardaron 6 días en decirme que ya estaba, luego tardaron 4 días más en decirme que siempre no se reparo y tuve que ir al lugar para que me la entregarán porque no lo había hecho. Cuando la tuve en casa vi que rompieron una pieza del drenado del agua, ahora esta completamente inservible. Tengan cuidado con estos tipos y en especial con un técnico llamado Manuel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me disque arreglaron una lavadora, la cual al día siguiente ya tenia el mismo problema, fueron por mi lavadora a mi local para "arreglarla" otra vez (esto con el fin de no regresar el dinero de la primera reparación) y ya han pasado casi 2 meses que estoy esperando que me entreguen mi producto y no son buenos mas que para decir mentiras. Ni me regresan mi dinero, ni me regresan mi lavadora... No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Terrible service, they called me a washing machine, which the next day already had the same problem, they went for my washing machine to my place to "fix" it again (this in order not to return the money for the first repair) and now It's been almost 2 months that I'm waiting for my product to be delivered to me and they are only good at telling lies. Lamentablemente no leí estos comentarios antes de hablar ya que me equivoqué pensando que era del centro de servicio de Wirpool
Pero seguiré con el proceso de denuncia a la profeco
Para que ya no sigan estafando gente el lunes 12 de abril les
Seguiré explicando con argumentos la Reparacion que según hicieron, ya que vendrán los de la marca darle el servicio que ellos no me realizaron correctamente y llevan 15 días
Sin darme solución porque según no tienen las refacciones. Que vergüenza !!! De verdad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de garantía, se llevaron mi lavadora y me cobraron una cantidad considerable, al día siguiente me la entregaron diciendo que le habían cambiado varias partes por desgaste y ese mismo día al querer usarla fallo de lo mismo que según habían reparado y además tiraba agua. 1 semana llamando para garantía y solo daban largas.
Llame a otro técnico en 1 solo día la reparo en mi domicilio y me cobro menos de la mitad, agregando qué me confirmó que no le hicieron nada y que además le habían roto algunas partes.
Terrible warranty service, they took my washing machine and charged me a considerable amount, the next day they gave it to me saying that they had changed several parts due to wear and that same day when they wanted to use it, they failed to do the same that they had repaired and also threw water . 1 week calling for warranty and they only gave long.
Call another technician in just 1 day I repair it at my home and charge me less than half, adding what confirmed that they did not do anything and that some parts had also been broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni por error soliciten una reparación con este negocio. Tengo un mes tratando de hacer valida la garantía de reparación y llamo diario y no se presentan a reparar mi refrigerador.
Le cambiaron el compresor y se daño después la tarjeta, la repararon y después se daño el display, lo repararon y sigue sin enfriar.
Llamo diario hasta dos veces, supuestamente programan la visita y que no alcanzan a venir. Al siguiente dia igual.
PESIMO SERVICIO, NO LE DOY NINGUNA ESTRELLA

No se dejen engañar. Cuidado son un fraude.

Se contacto nuevamente a la empresa por garantía, pero llevamos esperando mas de dos semana sin que el técnico se presente. La persona que atiende las llamadas ha reagendado como 6 veces la visita del técnico sin éxito alguno. Eviten los servicios de esta empresa a toda costa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO. Fraude total, estafa. Nada profesionales. Lo peor haberlos contactado sin ver reseñas. Yo necesitaba saber el problema de suciedad en mi lavadora, cabe destacar que yo ya había intentado con diversos productos limpiadores y no solucione nada, por eso los contacté. Supuestamente te mandan un técnico para REVISAR el problema $100 pesos por la ida y si te quedas con el trabajo te lo toman a cuenta. Eso está bien. Pero nada de eso hicieron conmigo!El técnico me marcó antes de llegar a mi domicilio para decirme que necesitaba unas pastillas y me dio costo de las mismas y el servicio, desde ahí se me hizo raro pero no quise desconfiar. Me mareo con su explicación de lo que iba a hacer. Ya estando aquí llega con una caja de herramientas que no uso, porque tardo 5min en según revisar las mangueras, limpiarlas y lo más difícil abrir la bolsa de las pastillas ponerla en la lavadora y listo! No reviso nada, dio por hecho que necesitaba mantenimiento a través de unas pastillas que consigues en Amazon en $380 y cobrarme $1,200 por su supuesto servicio! Se nota que ya tienen su técnica para operar y saber robar. Me vieron la cara gacho. Ya después de mi reclamo me dijeron que existen varias formas de mantenimiento y por qué no me explican desde antes eso? Se supone que para eso venía el técnico la primera vez no? Obvio se hacen los desentendidos, no aceptan nada y no solucionan nada. Quedaron de venir nuevamente para solucionar el problema y otra vez el supuesto técnico me marca para marear la situación!! Que empresa sería deja que su empleado haga esto? Ya no confié en ellos, preferí que ya no viniera, les regalé mi dinero, pero mejor perder eso a que le hicieran un daño de verdad a mi lavadora intentando hacer el servicio completo que no hicieron. Que triste sacar ventaja de la gente que los contacta para solucionar un problema. En fin espero no le suceda a nadie más.
