★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso y tranquilo lugar, hay que ir de día ya que para llegar se cruzan zonas con autodefensas y puede ser conflictivo, no muy seguro para transitar de noche. La laguna de Tecomate es bella y existen varios restaurantes pequeños, tienen precios acesibles y buen sazón.
También puedes rentar una lancha para un pequeño paseo por la laguna, bastante recomendable. Nos comentan que en fin de semana suele estar bastante concurrido, nosotros fuimos en viernes santo y había poca gente.
Comimos en el restaurante El Capitán, tienen una terraza sobre la laguna donde puedes pasar un buen rato admirando el paisaje.
Beautiful and quiet place, you have to go during the day since to get there you cross areas with self-defense groups and it can be conflictive, not very safe to travel at night. The Tecomate lagoon is beautiful and there are several small restaurants, they have affordable prices and good flavor.
You can also rent a boat for a short ride on the lagoon, highly recommended. They tell us that on weekends it is usually quite crowded, we went on Good Friday and there were few people.
We ate at El Capitan restaurant, they have a terrace over the lagoon where you can have a good time admiring the landscape.
