★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé entiende nada del menú, los encargados no saben explicarlo tampoco, parece ser que no les dan una capacitación previa. Venden simples tés, pero ha sido toda una odisea poder entender, que preferimos no comprar nada. Así han sido más de 3 veces. Hasta en la nueva sucursal que acaban de abrir.
Pedímos la libreta de reclamos y nos atendieron muy agresivos y no saben dar soluciones.
Ojala contraten personal más capacitado y hagan más entendíbles los menús, porque los nombres son poco entendíbles y no se sabe que ingredientes llevan.
I do not understand anything about the menu, the managers do not know how to explain it either, it seems that they do not give them prior training. They sell simple teas, but it has been quite an odyssey to understand that we prefer not to buy anything. This has been more than 3 times. Even in the new branch that just opened.
We asked for the complaint book and they treated us very aggressively and did not know how to provide solutions.
Hopefully they hire more trained staff and make the menus more understandable, because the names are not very understandable and it is not known what ingredients they contain.
