Planeaba comprar unas telas con ellos y los contacté vía WhatsApp para solicitar una cotización, pero jamás quisieron proporcionarme los precios, percibí la actitud como si evitaran darme la información. Terminaron diciéndome que me la enviarían vía correo electrónico, cosa que jamás sucedió.
Qué lástima, tenía altas expectativas por los comentarios de otros clientes.
Horrible experience. I was planning to buy some fabrics with them and I contacted them via WhatsApp to request a quote, but they never wanted to provide me with prices, I perceived the attitude as if they avoided giving me the information. They ended up telling me that they would send it to me via email, which never happened.
Too bad, I had high expectations for other customers' feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si la atención en la tienda física sea igual, pero me dejaron esperando una cotización sobre algunas telas vía WhatsApp; tuve que insistir al volverles a mandar msj y solo me pusieron de pretexto que estaban buscando la disponibilidad del producto y dejaron de responder. Al final nunca recibí respuesta ??♀️
I don't know if the service in the physical store is the same, but they left me waiting for a quote on some fabrics via WhatsApp; I had to insist when I sent them again and they only gave me the pretext that they were looking for the availability of the product and they stopped responding. In the end I never received an answer ??♀️
