very bad service, when you contact them for the first time there they are insisting that you add credits once you do it they already forget about you if you want to ask for more information. I added credit to print a guide and the system did not allow me because according to what I had I had to talk to someone first and leave my number for them to call and that call never came and in the end I sent the package through sepomex. Now I have to cancel this service to see if I can get a refund of my credit. Terrible customer service, they leave you waiting for hours, according to what they are serving you on wp and they tell you that they will review it and they never give you an answer, you enter the data for the problem so that they call you, they listen to the problem and say that they will return you the call, they never do. The delivery guys don't deliver, they call you on the phone and if you don't answer, they don't deliver. I was at my home and the delivery man marked the status that there was no one. They come to deliver the next day, I live on the second floor. I open the door to tell the delivery man where it is, so he can deliver my package, and the guy stays downstairs, waiting for me to go get him, he doesn't come up to deliver me to my door. They are a parcel! Your responsibility is to DELIVER AT THE DOOR OF THE RECIPIENT! They have sought me out to hire their service for my business. I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM!
