Sin embrago, siempre ponen la excusa de que el pedido tardará más de lo habitual en estar preparado y eso hace que la inversión sea desagradable. Y el envío es pésimo, tal vez ya no sea responsabilidad del negocio, sin embargo podrían trabajar en ello para que los alimentos lleguen presentables y no hechos un batidillo
Por otro lado, el locar y la atención siempre son de mi agrado. Le doy 4 estrellas hasta que mejoren sus tiempos de preparación y su servicio a domicilio.
 I must say that their dishes are rich and of good quality. For the same reason it is expensive. However, they always make the excuse that the order will take longer than usual to be prepared and that makes the investment unpleasant. And the delivery is lousy, maybe it's not the responsibility of the business anymore, however they could work on it so that the food arrives presentable and not a mess
On the other hand, the place and the attention are always to my liking. I give it 4 stars until its preparation times and home delivery improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de los platillos es auténtico, deliciosos platillos, el lugar es limpio, el servicio es bueno, y el personal muy amable. El precio es por encima de lo normal. Recomiendo do descargar la aplicación para poder encontrar platillos a precio más accesibles pues la carta del QR no contiene todos los platillos. Recomendable para una cita pero costoso, aunque el precio lo vale!.
The taste of the dishes is authentic, delicious dishes, the place is clean, the service is good, and the staff is very friendly. The price is above normal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una buena variedad de makis, en cuanto a sabor no dejan que desear, el local cuenta con servicio de valet parking y siguen las medidas de sanidad por tema del COVID. De lunes a jueves a partir de las 6 de la tarde los makis están al 2x1, los asientos son gabinetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de entrega para las personas que pedimos comida para llevar es excesivo, fue 1 hora de espera para 2 platillos. Me percate que le dan prioridad a quien come en el lugar y a quien usa apps, en lugar de llevar un orden con las comandas.
El lugar es muy bonito y vale la pena visitar para conocerlo.
Los meseros, son muy amables.
Los noodles de camarón que pedimos, carecen de sabor y la porción no es suficiente.
El caldo del Ramen, es muy rico y es suficiente, sin embargo, tengo la sospecha de que mi pasta fue hecha con sopa Maruchan, ya que el sabor de la pasta sin el caldo y la forma de la pasta, a mi parecer los delata.
Espero estos comentarios sirvan para mejorar su atención y comida, por mi parte no creo regresar.
Las 2 estrellas se las ganaron por la imagen del lugar, un postre de disculpa por la tardanza y los meseros, a pesar del retraso, fueron atentos en todo momento.

The shrimp noodles we ordered are lacking in flavor and the portion is not enough.
The Ramen broth is very rich and it is enough, however, I suspect that my pasta was made with Maruchan soup, since the taste of the pasta without the broth and the shape of the pasta, in my opinion gives them away .
I hope these comments serve to improve your attention and food, for my part I do not think I will return.

Los precios son un poco elevados en comparación con muchas ofertas de competencia pero definitivamente lo valen en cuestión de calidad, para los amantes de la comida japonesa es una excelente opción, instalaciones agradables y limpias, cuentan con todos los protocolos de seguridad por la pandemia y el servicio muy agradable aparte la comida es fresca, preparada en el momento, se puede saborear , tal vez tarde un poco su preparación pero es indicio de lo mismo.
No cuenta con área para fumar, aunque si cuenta con terraza como tal la cuál está ambientada con pared de plantas, a su vez también con valet parking.
¡100% recomendado!

The prices are a bit high compared to many competitive offers but they are definitely worth it in terms of quality, for lovers of Japanese food it is an excellent option, nice and clean facilities, they have all the security protocols for the pandemic and the service is very pleasant apart from the food is fresh, prepared at the moment, you can savor it, it may take a little time to prepare but it is an indication of the same.
It does not have a smoking area, although it does have a terrace as such which is set with a wall of plants, in turn also with valet parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a dessert with matcha ice cream because I like the flavor, but they gave me vanilla instead. There was almost no salmon at all in the salmon roll - not "high quality" sushi as they mention in their mission. For the price, I would expect better on details like this.
