We bought a stove almost 2 weeks ago and due to the characteristics we requested technical assistance to make the connection, they have told us that we are on the road and they have changed the supposed appointment 3 times without having the attention to call to confirm or cancel. It is unfortunate that companies at the level of Teka have such a lousy customer service and control and / or coordination of their technical support, that they take away from the customer the illusion of having made a good purchase and wanting to return the product. Today is the third day that I ask permission at work to wait for the technician and one hour after the end of the work day they have not had the courtesy to call to say that they are not coming. I ask them if the days that they discount me or the food that we have to buy because we cannot use the stove (which we do not buy as an ornament) they are going to replace it due to incompetence or lack of interest in their customers. It bothers me that because of the type of personnel like the one they have, they continue to project the dishonest Mexico and lack of training to carry out even a task as simple as monitoring and good attention, that if they require it I can recommend some places for them to train and certify to your staff. And to those who buy their products the first thing I recommend that they do not use the services of their technical support because they never arrive, as well as the customer service department.
