Pedí servicio para una estufa, vino el técnico de teka, cotizo las piezas , y me dijo que no las pagara porque no las tenían, ellos me avisaban cuando las tendrían, meses y nada, opte por repararla yo mismo y quedo bien..
I asked for service for a stove, the teak technician came, quoted the parts, and told me not to pay for them because they didn't have them, they told me when they would have them, months and nothing, I chose to repair it myself and it turned out fine.

Pésima atención y servicio. Necesito una refacción para la lavavajillas y me enviaron la cotización, la pagué por transferencia ese mismo día, me contestaron que en 90-120 días me llegaría la pieza. Ya pasaron más de cuatro meses y nadie da la cara ni responden a mis correos electrónicos. Nunca volveré a comprar Teka.
Terrible attention and service. I need a spare part for the dishwasher and they sent me the quote, I paid it by transfer that same day, they replied that in 90-120 days the part would arrive. More than four months have passed and no one shows up or responds to my emails. I will never buy Teka again.

Compré un refrigerador en enero/2021 y en menos de un año el refrigerador dejó de enfríar y congelar. Al comunicarme a servicio al cliente, el servicio fue pésimo. Llevo 4 días esperando que se comunique un técnico para que hagan válida la garantía. Por otro lado, los artículos Teka son bonitos y funcionales, pero nada resistentes. Ni siquiera con un trato adecuado los aparatos se mantienen en buen estado. Fácilmente se mancha y se raya, y eso ya no se quita. No lo recomiendo!
I bought a refrigerator in January / 2021 and in less than a year the refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. When I contacted customer service, the service was lousy. I've been waiting 4 days for a technician to call in to make the warranty valid. On the other hand, Teka items are beautiful and functional, but not at all resistant. Even with proper treatment, the devices are not kept in good condition. Easily stains and scratches, and that doesn't come off anymore. I do not recommend it!

Estoy muy contento con mi lavavajillas TEKA me ahorra tiempo para mis demás actividades a parte de que es super ahorradora en el consumo de luz y agua. La mejor compra que he hecho. Excelente marca. Recomendada al 100 %.
I am very happy with my TEKA dishwasher. It saves me time for my other activities, apart from the fact that it saves electricity and water. The best purchase I've ever made. Excellent brand. 100% recommended.

Pésimo Servicio. He intentado que vengan ya sea a través del vendedor que fue Liverpool o directamente con ellos. NO HAY FORMA. Después de haber comprado todos los electrodomésticos de esta marca. MUY FRUSTRADA. Hoy por hoy, NO SIRVE LA CAFETERA DESPUES DE UN MES DE USO, NO SABEMOS USAR EL HORNO MULTI PORQUE NO VIENEN A DAR DEMO; SE PASAN LA PELOTA ENTRE TEKA Y LIVERPOOL. Pesé que era marca de confianza y profesionales del servicio.

La calidad del producto es innegable, pero llevo 2 semanas esperando a que se haga conexión de mi estufa y nada, ni señales de su técnico. Qué falta de profesionalismo en el servicio. Si alguien de servicio al cliente lee esto, con gusto les doy mi folio de servicio, ya que tengo registro de las últimas 3 llamadas que hago a su #800 en el cual es la misma excusa: La pandemia. Si no me responden esta semana, sencillamente conectaré con algún experto el producto, ya que leo que hasta para hacer válidas las garantías son malísimos.

Worst ever. Stove top won't light after repeated attempts. Dishwasher, would 't drain, technician tied drain hose with a shoe lace, dishes never come out clean, always spotty, even using their salt additive. Neighbour with same oven, would not light. Microwave keeps blowing circuit breaker, circuit checked by electrician, circuit ok, microwave not. Terrible products and even worse customer service. Never showing up when they say they are coming. Will never buy any of their product again.
