★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, venden en un lado y entregan en otro y lo que tienen de entrega inmediata tarda horas en ser suministrado, no hay señalamientos claros, tampoco informan sobre sus horarios, trabajan hasta las 16:00hrs, un asco.
Terrible attention, they sell in one place and deliver in another and what they have for immediate delivery takes hours to be supplied, there are no clear signs, they do not inform about their schedules, they work until 4:00 p.m., a disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del gerente SERGIO PALOMARES compré 15 cajas de piso de ingeniería las cuales llegaron mal con tonos totalmente distintos al muestrario y no me los quisieron cambiar por qué dice que no reciben material abierto. Y como voy a darme cuenta de que viene mal la mercancía si no abro las cajas? Diferentes tonalidades en cada caja.
Terrible attention from the manager SERGIO PALOMARES I bought 15 boxes of engineering floor which arrived badly with totally different tones to the sample book and they did not want to change them because they say they do not receive open material. And how am I going to realize that the merchandise is bad if I don't open the boxes? Different shades in each box.
