★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hermana y yo fuimos a comprar telas, en la entrada nos dijo la señora que tomaba la temperatura que solo una persona y eso lo entiendo por la situación, el problema es que estaba dejando pasar familias enteras y solo a nosotros nos dijo que no, cuando cada una iba a comprar diferentes cosas. Y la otra es que nadie fue para atenderme cuando quería comprar varias telas! Pésimo servicio. Hay tiendas mucho mejores, más baratas y su personal con buena actitud. No regresaré nunca, seleccionen bien a la hora de contratar.

And the other is that nobody came to attend to me when I wanted to buy several fabrics! Terrible service. There are much better, cheaper stores and their staff with a good attitude. I will never return, select well when hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un gran surtido y el trato de empleado de la entrada es bueno sin embargo empleado de hilos es nefasto, no atiende bien. Estaba preocupado por ver su inventario que en atender. Fue muy grosero nunca miro a la cara cuando le solicité información sobre unos hilos. Realmente no es grato visitar esta tienda si está persona espanta a los clientes.

Teléfono de la tienda y le preguntaron si tenía una tela a lo que el preguntó a sus compañeras si había y le respondieron que si había pero el le dijo a la clienta en el teléfono que no había y que fuera al centro si quería. Al preguntarle su nombre de una manera altanera me dijo que si quería me daba la libreta para quejas y sugerencias o que el mismo me daba el teléfono de las oficinas para que lo reportara.
