★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora tan solo para reponer un chip debes de dejar una referencia en la cual le llaman al momento y te toman tú huella dactilar. Lo único rescatable fue la chica de recepción fue muy atenta y amable.
Now just to replace a chip you must leave a reference in which they call you at the moment and take your fingerprint. The only redeemable thing was the girl at the reception was very attentive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, para realizar un trámite y piden envíes la información por correo, aparte tardan demasiado, quien sabe que tanto hace la chica y más de una hora. La vdd espero resuelvan este tipo de situaciones, o que por favor capaciten al personal porque no sé tanto tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, and very quick (maybe 15 minutes to get in and out if you have your phone and are just getting a "chip" for data/text). Bring your phone's manual and information sheet (in Spanish if possible), as this will help the associates to process your order to make sure your phone works on the Telcel network fully (you should check this information before leaving home as well). It cost me roughly $20 USD for 3GB of data (including "chip" setup and various fees) for my 2 weeks vacation. I didn't even fully use the data, but it was better safe than sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google Maps puts this in the wrong location. It is upstairs near hall D in terminal 1. Go up the escalator between doors 5 and 6 and it will be on the right down the aisle.
Super fast and easy to get a sim for $300mx!
