Pésimo servicio

No cuenta con todos los móviles pero sin duda hay buenos

No creo que exista un Telcel en el mundo donde tengan personal atento, o de plano son tantas las quejas que ya todos están presupuestos.

Es un buen y cómodo pequeño establecimiento pero, Aceves te toparas, con que los que te despachan están de mal humor o no te atienden bien

El es muy pequeño no hay espacio para pagar o comprar y muy poco personal para la demanda de la población

The girl behind the counter could not be bothered to fix my problem but told me an obvious lie so she could go back to her phone. Told me a message I was getting was a promo so she would not have to deal with it. It was actually telling me to contact Telcel as I had expired money on my account. My Spanish is poor but not that bad that I could not read the message.

Pathetic customer service....blamed ‘Telcel’ for their errors. Dropped in to do regular monthly renewal of $200, 30 day, 3gb, unlimited voice CA, US, MX as done previously w/o issue. Six days later no data and no voice time left? Frustrating back and forth with Google Translate with me pointing out there was an input error however to no avail. They did a ‘re charge’ vs new plan renewal that I had requested and pointed out on the rate chart. Four staff on duty with an empty store with zero interest in finding resolution or retaining a customer. Snowbirds leaving to north daily but business must be good? Told me to call Tepic if I wasn’t satisfied. The good news....went to see Ivan at Telcel I vendor corner of Avenida and Acapulco (next to ice cream store) and received excellent service, advice and resolution (still cost me another $200 due to other Telcel store input errors).
