★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que quitaron a las personas que te atendían antes de comprar un celular y después de comprar un celular, esas personas te apoyaban a enseñarte algunas funciones o bajaban aplicaciones que se necesitan, hoy ya no tienen ese servicio que tanta falta hace. Se está volviendo un mal servicio al cliente.

Aunque por otra parte para hacer valida una garantia o un cambio físico es bastante largo el tiempo de espera. Fuera de eso es una buena tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malos tratos por los ejecutivos, no importa que te dirijas a ellos con amabilidad, es increíble que exista tanta arrogancia. Preferí cambiarme a prepago que renovar con esos tratos. La señora de la tienda tiene mejor actitud al realizar una recarga que en este "Centro de Atención".
Bad treatment by executives, no matter that you address them with kindness, it is incredible that there is so much arrogance. I preferred to switch to prepaid than to renew with those deals. The shop lady has a better attitude when recharging than in this "Service Center".
