Good space, good attention, it's just annoying that an alarm goes off constantly that hurts your ears, makes you uncomfortable waiting.

HORARIO de atención al cliente:
Lunes a Sábado: 9:00 am - 19:00 horas.
Domingo: 11:00 am - 15:00 hras.
Fui por un chip (portabilidad), al accesar al local observas que mantienen las medidas de higiene necesarias (relacionadas a la pandemia por COVID-19) por ahora no es tan concurrido el lugar y por dentro es muy espacioso, aún faltan muchos equipos móviles por ser exhibidos.
El personal es atento y en general el trámite fue rápido.
Sin embargo prduce demasiada contaminación auditiva (música de 90 o más dB) al acercarse a la puerta de entrada tales sonidos aturden a más de una persona.

I went for a chip (portability), when you access the premises you notice that they maintain the necessary hygiene measures (related to the COVID-19 pandemic) for now the place is not so crowded and inside it is very spacious, many mobile devices are still missing for being exhibited.
The staff is attentive and in general the process was fast.
However, it produces too much noise pollution (music of 90 or more dB) when approaching the entrance door, such sounds stun more than one person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like TelCel. Don't like its new location. If one misses the UTurn, one must travel some distance prior to returning. Parking was problematic at the previous location. Is still problematic. More so.
