Al dejar el dinero tu mano y llegar al de ellos todo tienes que resolver llamando otros números que ni siquiera son de aquí. No hay supervisión para atender cosas que los que te atienden no pueden resolver. Son como venados lampareados. Si solo vas a pagar estás en buenas manos. Pero si vas a tratar de resolver un problema pues DIOS te ayude.
Customer service has nothing. To receive money if they are but well trained. When you leave the money in your hand and get to theirs, you have to solve everything by calling other numbers that are not even from here. There is no supervision to take care of things that those who take care of you cannot solve. They are like lampeared deer. If you are only going to pay you are in good hands. But if you are going to try to solve a problem then GOD help you.
