En la entrada, al darme turno me advirtieron que necesitaba una identificación oficial y me pidieron mi Credencial de Elector y como no iba a votar, no la traía. Entonces me pidieron mi pasaporte y como no iba a salir del país, tampoco lo traía.
Después de mucho rogar y discutir, por fin me dieron turno.
¡Yo solo quería información!
Ya que me asignaron asesor, la atención fue estupenda, amable, clara y completa.

The employee made a mistake by signing me up for a different plan than I was asking for... She refused to change it and keep saying it's my fault. Like if I don't remember what I do or say.
