I went to the OXXO cross the street; they were able to understand the problem and activated the line for 50 peso. They even called me to confirm the activation worked.

After set up, we realized that there was nothing included, so we felt misled. Did activate the card, but can get a card with some credit elsewhere for a better price.

They don’t have a system on site to recharge but directed us to an Oxxo. With the info we needed to ask for what we needed. Was also great in giving us accurate directions. These people do not make a lot of money so when they go above and beyond providing excellent service we always show our appreciation with a gratuity that is much appreciated.
