★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tepotzotlan no es territorio telcel, la señal en este pueblo es intermitente y de muy baja calidad al igual que las llamadas telefónicas son de lo peor. Realmente no se como pueden ofrecer planes telefónicos en este municipio si no tienen la infraestructura necesaria para que funcionen sus líneas y paquetes de internet
Tepotzotlan is not telcel territory, the signal in this town is intermittent and of very low quality just like telephone calls are the worst. I really don't know how they can offer phone plans in this municipality if they don't have the necessary infrastructure to make their internet lines and packages work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan pago con tarjeta para todos los productos y servicios por lo tanto el letrero de que se aceptan tarjetas se pone en cuestión, me pidieron que pagará en efectivo y tuve que hacerlo de esa forma para lo cual no tenían cambio y tuve que esperar más tiempo en lo que atendian a 3 personas más y en lo que salieron a cambiar, la persona que me atendió no tiene la capacitación adecuada para dar servicio a cliente ya que no mostró empatía ni buena actitud, compré un chip el cual tiene un sobre precio al doble comparado con otros establecimientos de Telcel, no me otorgaron ticket por mi compra al pedirlo me comentaron que no lo manejan para los chips, solo me dieron una hoja con los datos del mismo pero no indica el monto de mi compra, por lo expuesto anteriormente no recomiendo este establecimiento a menos que sea muy necesario, traten de asistir a un centro de Telcel en mi experiencia es mucho mejor en cuando a precio, productos, atención y formas de pago.
They do not accept payment by card for all products and services, therefore the sign that cards are accepted is questionable, they asked me to pay in cash and I had to do it that way for which they did not have change and I had to wait longer time in which they attended to 3 more people and in what they went out to change, the person who attended me does not have the adequate training to give customer service since he did not show empathy or a good attitude, I bought a chip which has an extra price double compared to other Telcel establishments, they did not give me a ticket for my purchase when I asked for it, they told me that they do not handle it for the chips, they only gave me a sheet with the data of the same but it does not indicate the amount of my purchase, for the reasons stated Previously I do not recommend this establishment unless it is very necessary, try to go to a Telcel center in my experience it is much better in terms of price, products, service and payment methods.
