Las 4 señoritas de la puerta sin hacer nada y un caballero quien, literal, fue a preguntar módulo por módulo en toda la sucursal a ver quién se compadecía de mi para atenderme. Finalmente después de 5 minutos me pasaron al módulo 3 con una ejecutiva que me dijo que esperara a que terminara una llamada, lo que más me molestó es que la llamada era personal, por lo que pregunté a sus compañeros si había alguien más que me pudiera atender, ya que la chica estaba ocupada en una llamada. En ese momento colgó y me atendió muy grosera y de mala gana. ? No se vale que jueguen de esa manera con el tiempo de la gente. SEÑORES VAN A TRABAJAR, NO A HACER VIDA SOCIAL.
