★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. The two agents I met were very helpful and extremely nice. I went here to switch from At&t to Telcel. I wanted to keep my At&t phone number and they made the process very easy. I'm an English speaking expat and because I just moved here my Spanish isn't very good yet. They served me in English and guided me through the process. A big thank you to the great team at Telcel!. I recommend this location to anyone that needs to visit a telcel store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to renew my contract, getting a new phone with a new plan, everything looks just perfect until they asked me for the current voter ID, mine nust expired but I provide a few different ID like Mexican driver License, professional teacher credential, etc not able to get that deal, I feel a litte disappointed because for the past two years I made my monthly payments with foreign ATM and they accepted the Money, why didn't accept my ID.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is fast, there are a lot representatives to take care of you. But, they are not of the highest quality. We bought a SIM card for a Verizon phone. They installed it and said good to go. We left drove all the way home, to the next town, and the phone didn't work. Went back the next day and they were able to program the phone.
