★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se como no ponen un banquito a el cliente, cada tramite dura sin duda una hora. Tienen un par de bancas para los que esperan algun tramite, pero alejadas del ejecutivo que te atiende.
I don't know how they don't put a little stool for the client, each process undoubtedly lasts an hour. They have a couple of benches for those who are waiting for some paperwork, but far from the executive who attends to you.
