★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribles ni una estrella, no tiene caso ir a checar un historial de llamadas y manejo de la línea, si no saben cómo hacerlo, no dan buena información y para cada pregunta un nuevo boleto de acceso, el tonto que da los turnos con comentarios nefastos ya que no es culpa del cliente que los de servicio no sepan resolver problemas.

 Terrible, not even one star, there is no point in going to check a history of calls and handling the line, if they do not know how to do it, they do not give good information and for each question a new access ticket, the fool who takes turns with nefarious comments since it is not the customer's fault that the service people do not know how to solve problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todos los centros de atención el de la Chichen es el que más me gusta porque a pesar de que es más pequeño que otros, y por ende menos estacionamiento, como casi nunca está lleno pues no es un problema y todos los asesores de ventas me han atendido en realidad se esmeran en darte la mejor atención posible, y creo que eso es lo que más puedes apreciar de este tipo de lugares, que te atiendan bien y respondan todas tus preguntas de manera correcta y oportuna. Por eso sigo yendo ahí y lo recomiendo al 100
Of all the customer service centers, the one in Chichen is the one I like the most because even though it is smaller than others, and therefore less parking, since it is almost never full, it is not a problem and all the sales consultants they have actually attended to give you the best attention possible, and I think that is what you can appreciate most about this type of place, that they treat you well and answer all your questions in a correct and timely manner. That's why I keep going there and I recommend it 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues la verdad siendo las 2 de la tarde, 21 cubículos y solo 3 empleados atendiendo y los clientes tengamos que esperar 1 hora y 15 minutos solo para cambiar de portabilidad, que mas les puedo decir... Que el gerente se ganará el empleado del mes por tan buen plan de atención al público. Pero felicidades a la señorita que me atendió muy buena actitud.
Well, the truth is that being 2 in the afternoon, 21 cubicles and only 3 employees attending and customers have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes just to change portability, what else can I tell you... That the manager will win the employee of the month for such a good customer service plan. But congratulations to the lady who attended me with a very good attitude.
