★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people all the time. Crowded and with no happy interest to help ease this situation. You take turns and they ask you for your number before you enter, because maybe they know, you will go out before your turn takes place. I think they need to implement something, they have 72 million users in México and only small customer service centers are not enough. They make enough to improve this. And when it is your turn, after 30 or 60 minutes. They cannot help you because they do not have the phone you want. I hope they improve, we need it.
