Aunque si hay gente, es muy fluido y puedes pagar rápido en la caja.
En una ocasión un cliente no llevaba cubrebocas y para que pudiera pasar, ahí le proporcionaron uno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio por parte del ejecutivo, su atención fue eficaz, amable y lo mejor, con amplio conocimiento de los planes. Las cajeras podrían ser más coordiales, un saludo o gracias al cliente nunca esta demás. Daría cinco estrellas a este centro pero la señora de seguridad muy grosera, creo deberían de invertir en capacitación para como estas personas de seguridad deben interactuar con los clientes de telcel. Pésimo su lenguaje, déspota y además no hablaba, gritó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente acudimos a este centro a renovar contratos, es pequeño, fluido, muy buena atención al cliente; son pacientes para explicar, le dan seguimiento a cualquier problemática de pagos. Desgraciadamente hoy un ejecutivo, entiendo de nombre Gustavo Cacho, en su lugar de trabajo aparentemente sin hacer nada, se le preguntó si podía atendernos. Respondo que atendía al señor de la ventanilla de al lado que estaba con otro ejecutivo y otra señora que no tenía turno. Su compañera se apuró y rápidamente me atendió. Lamentablemente por este ejecutivo. Estuvo sin atender otros 15 minutos hasta que empezó a dar turnos. Si no están atendiendo no entiendo que hacen sentados y contestando de mala gana. Escuche a los clientes que atendió después, poca actitud de servicio. Es domingo y hay pocos clientes.
