★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo el servicio... Entiendo lo de la pandemia y la sana distancia, pero tardan muchísimo en atender. Con 23 cajas para atender y solo atendiendo 6 y luego el desagradable olor a muerto que tal vez no es su culpa si no del cemefo que esta junto a la plaza... Pero en general mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena pero dependiendo el trámite te hacen esperar más de la cuenta yo fui para cancelar una línea y si espere demasiado de ahí en fuera los asesores muy amables
The attention is good, but depending on the procedure, they make you wait longer than necessary. I went to cancel a line and if I waited too long, the advisors were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención hay más de 20 módulos de atención y solo funcionan 3 o 4 solo para comprar un chip tarde 43 min no se me hace justo personal hay pero no atienden rapido
