★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed advice on which package to get for calls to US and why US and Mexican phones seem to charge for same calls to US. US phone says Telcel ever since it touched the MX phone but should be TMobile. Staff person says the companies are the same. Sure would hate to get double charged.

I was there for 3 hrs 23 min it’s amazing you do not have a good service :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff, very helpful and patient with my relatively new Spanish. I wish the rental plans made sense economically as the amigo plan can't be set up for autopay. Otherwise I find the service greatly superior to my EE UU AT&T plan.
