★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que no había mucha gente, tarde más de 40 minutos en el trámite de renovar mi chip, la mayoría del tiempo en espera. Ojo con la actitud de la empleada en la atención en la caja número 4, al parecer estaba de muy mal humor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia fue muy grata y sorprendente porque el ejecutivo me ayudó en todo lo que pudo y son esas las pocas las veces que te tardas pero sales satisfecho de un buen servicio y han mejorado mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos enviaron a una ventanilla donde no atendía nadie; después nos dijeron que el turno ya había pasado y que pidiéramos otro. Todo esto mientras cuatro empleados estaban platicando y otros dos sin hacer nada en ventanillas vacías. Pedimos hablar con la gerente y esta solo pudo decir "lo revisaremos". Al final no pudimos hacer ningún trámite. Además hace un calor infernal.
They sent us to a window where no one attended; Then they told us that the shift had already passed and that we ask for another. All this while four employees were chatting and two others were doing nothing at empty windows. We asked to speak to the manager and she could only say "we will check it out". In the end we could not do any paperwork. It is also hellishly hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la mala fortuna de que me atendiera una persona muy grosera. Me hizo pasar un mal rato. El establecimiento está bien, es muy amplio y casi no hay gente, pero lo último se debe a la mala actitud de algunas personas que trabajan ahí.
