★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hit me with a 10,000 peso surprise bill. I requested to file a don't-recognise-the-charge complaint. They said they would so that but instead simply charged my credit card on file without further ado. Before doing so, they refused to take my credit card off the file. Unacceptable.
