Most of the employees behave like they are too good to talk to you. They can see that there are a lot of customers waiting and wase time only chit-chating amount themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a number when I arrived, which happened to be the next one, so I waited watching the displays. Then, I noticed some people being called forward, with numbers after mine, while the screens remained unchanged. This happened twice so I left. You're better off going to a small shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second trip better than the first it took four people and two hours for them to figure out what they had done to my phone without my knowledge. Not very well trained personnel but gentlemanAnin (sp) good. A thousand times better than the Isla Mujeres store where the girl acted like I was bothering her to look at phones when I was the only one in there. And she refused to turn them on! So I bought from Chedraui. Telcel needs to train their people much much better.
Novaro earns an extra star.!! He has been amazingly informative, knowledgeable and helpful. You are very very lucky to have him Telcel !!!
