B	Blanca Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí al CAC de cuautla para que revisaran el modem, pues ya no detecta la red, al revisarlo me dicen que ese módem ya esta desactualizado y que ya ni lo comercializan, por lo que me indicaron que debía renovar mi contrato de Internet en casa, obvio me costo $900.00 el nuevo módem que según esta lito para usarse, llego a casa lo conecto y sorpresa no funciona y llame para ver que pasa y me dicen que desfe el centro de atención no configuraron correctamente. Cuando los obsequie... Ya no contaban con la recarga de 50 pesos cada uno y tuve que volverlas a poner.... Cuando quise reclamar... Solo me dijeron que la asesora que me atendió era la única que podía resolver...ni el GERENTE... Y siempre se tardan en atender...varios asesores perdiendo el tiempo...nunca saben que es lo que hacen en su terminal...siempre se piden ayuda entre si....y con su jetota!!!.. El personal muy amable, ate ntos en cuanto a orientación de los equipos celulares y te resuelventodas tus dudas.
