★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardados, generalmente es así , acudí con la intención de contratar un plan , solo había 3 personas antes que yo, estuve 20 min y solo avanzo uno, termine comprando un celular de contado , batallas con el estacionamiento y no sería problema si fuera en días aislados pero cada vez que los frecuento es el mismo problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a todas las sucursales de Telcel en Culiacán, y en ninguna me quisieron vender 1 iPhone 12, Que por qué solo puedo comprarlo en PLAN que solo los manejan de esa manera y no de manera prepago, Es algo súper injusto que te quieran obligar a venderte algo que no necesitas, Ojo Telcel pierden clientes por esas cosas. Y en esta sucursal si tenían Stock pero la encargada no quiso venderme de prepago.
I went to all the Telcel branches in Culiacán, and none of them wanted to sell me 1 iPhone 12, why can I only buy it in PLAN that they only handle it that way and not prepaid, It is something super unfair that they want to force you to sell you something you don't need, Ojo Telcel lose customers for those things. And in this branch they did have Stock but the person in charge did not want to sell me prepaid.
