★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 31 de diciembre acudi a recoger mi equipo que me avisaron de telcel que ya estaba. A la entrada un tipo de telce me pregunto a que iba. Le explique y me dijo primero que ahi no entregaban equipos . Luegi le dije que ahi me dieron la direecion para recogerlo de telcel y salii con que no habia nadie siendo que hay varias personas atendiendo. Luego que no habia tecnicos y despues dijo cosas que el desconice de los tramites que realiza un centro de atencion. Es una lastima que tengan gente tan ignorante y solo se abstenga de decir venga despues del 2. Como si se tuviera tiempo uno el tiempo de estar iendo cuando ellos quieran. Si alguien tiene algun num para quejas por favor compartanlo para poner una.
Today, December 31st, I went to pick up my equipment, which told me by phone that it was already there. At the entrance a guy from Telce asked me what I was going to do. I explained to him and he told me first that they didn't deliver equipment there. Luegi told him that there they gave me the address to pick him up from the telcel and I left with no one being as there are several people attending. Then there were no technicians and then he said things that he was unaware of the procedures that a care center carries out. It's a shame that they have such ignorant people and just refrain from saying come after 2. As if you had time one time to go when they want. If anyone has any number for complaints please share it to put one.
