Lo uno q puedes hace en estos lugares es pagar el estado de cuenta de de tu celular pero si requieres una garantía de equipos celulares olvídate por qué no te solucionaran nada.
Lousy place for the attention of the staff I do not recommend it at all however all Telcel is the same system of attention. The one thing you can do in these places is to pay your cell phone bill, but if you require a cell phone warranty, forget why they won't solve anything.
