cobran seguro caro y al hacerlo efectivo debes pagar como 30% para nuevo equipo que al caso no es nuevo te dan uno reconstruido. Y si ese reconstruido falla no te hacen efectivo ser usuario Telcel x años. Te mandan a la cia telefónica fabricante del teléfono.para que te las arregles. tu sólo,. porque ya no es mismo IMEI del que compraste, se lavan las manos!. Aunque ellos mismos te hayan dado ese equipo con su "aseguradora".
.Robo total pagar mensualidades del seguro..recibir equipo basura y luego se desentiende aparte de mal trato de empleados cuando consultas estas situaciones.
TELCE IS AN ASCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de lugar, no vayan dan carísimo y mi celular no quedó. Primero me hicieron dar vueltas porque no lo tenían el día que fui me hicieron esperar 1 hora, la batería de mi celular no quedó bien y gaste 1200.
En verdad no vayan, es muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo calificar los planes ni lo que se contrata siempre hay que preguntar antes de firmar, pero lo que si puedo calificar es la atención y la forma de resolver los problemas, si dejan que desear en la rapidez y la formalidad. Por eso 3 estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimos el servicio es una mugre, lleve mi teléfono por que no prendía, me dijeron que lo revisarían con un costo de $500 lo cual yo accedi, dijeron que se tardaban 3 días, se me hizo mucho pero igual lo deje, me mencionaron que ellos llamarían cuando estuviera cosa que no hicieron, bueno ya fui a ver si ya lo tenían listo y sólo me dijeron que aún no lo revisan, pasaron 2 días más y la misma historia, el punto es que estuve llendo en un lapso de casi 2 semanas para que me salieran con la estupidez de que no tenía reparación, lo cual creo es mentira y ni siquiera lo revisaron, encima de todo se quedaron con la bandeja del chip y mi memoria sd muy mal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no vayan, esos tipos son todo menos técnicos, lleve mi teléfono y no lo arreglaron, aparte me rompieron la pantalla y como iba apagado mi equipo no tuve como comprobar que iba bien, obvio no se hicieron responsables, siempre quedan en entregar en cierto tiempo y se tardan el doble, siempre le encuentran más fallas de las que llevan los equipos
