★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es deseaperante que hay como 10 agentes y 9 estan chateando en su telfono o viendo un video si atendieran no se harían las largas filas de espera..... Nadie que ponga orden???? Hoy fui de nuevo y me atendieron muy bien como nunca antes rapido y de buenas todos menos la guardia de la entrada....
 It is hopeful that there are about 10 agents and 9 are chatting on their phone or watching a video if they attended there would not be the long waiting lines..... No one to put order???? Today I went again and they treated me very well like never before, fast and good everyone except the guard at the entrance....

Unfortunately the personal here are very unable to fix anything all they know is collect money for a very poor service.. specially the guy on counter #7 .his answers where very inadequate and I had to leave with my problem unresolved ..very poor service
