Se hizo un reclamo y prometieron que al elegir cualquier otro equipo se compensaría la diferencia en accesorios. Nadie cumplió lo acordado y solo regresaron un equipo de menor precio. Es un establecimiento deshonesto y con personal incapaz de ofrecer soluciones.
The worst service, after buying a phone, it broke down on the second day, the warranty was entered and after 2 months of insisting, they tried to return a different phone, with a different IMEI. A claim was made and they promised that choosing any other equipment would make up the difference in accessories. No one complied with the agreement and only a lower-priced team returned. It is a dishonest establishment with staff unable to offer solutions.
